Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide a clear and fair booking process for all customers. Please read the following carefully before placing a booking.
Booking Deposits
All bookings require a £50 deposit to secure your appointment date and time.
The deposit confirms your intent to proceed and allows us to reserve workshop time, staff, and materials specifically for your booking.
Deposits are refundable for a minimum period of 14 days from the date of payment.
After this 14-day period, the deposit remains refundable only if the customer chooses not to proceed after receiving their confirmed quotation.
Once a quotation has been accepted by the customer and a booking date has been agreed, the deposit becomes non-refundable except where stated below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking may be eligible for a deposit transfer to a new booking date.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time may result in the deposit being forfeited due to reserved time and preparation.
- Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible and we will always try to accommodate where availability allows.
Service Pricing
Final pricing for services is confirmed after reviewing vehicle details and condition. The deposit secures your booking but does not lock in a final price until confirmation has been provided and accepted.
After Quote Acceptance
Once a customer has accepted a confirmed quotation and a booking date has been agreed, the booking deposit becomes non-refundable.
If a customer needs to reschedule after accepting a quotation, the deposit may be transferred to a new booking date subject to availability.
Refunds may still be issued in exceptional circumstances or where the service cannot be provided by us.
Completed Services
Once a service has been completed, refunds are not normally provided.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle on completion and raise any concerns immediately. If any issues relating to workmanship arise, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in line with our service standards.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–10 working days depending on your payment provider.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In exceptional cases, refunds or alternative resolutions may be considered at our discretion.
